Alex Hickman - Field Technician

Alex is one of two field technicians assigned to troubleshooting, installing and repairing institutional computers and printers, and repairing L&C community members’ personally owned Apple and Dell computers still under warranty.  He graduated from Lewis & Clark immediately prior to beginning to work for IT; he was a student worker while an undergrad.  Alex is also an Apple Care Certified Technician and a Dell Certified Technician.
