Professor of Education Zaher Wahab discussed President Obama’s plan for Afghanistan on Oregon Public Radio. Read his blog about his recent trip to Kabul.

Professor of Education Zaher Wahab was a recent guest on Oregon Public Broadcasting’s radio show “Think Out Loud.” Wahab called into the live radio show from Kabul, Afghanistan, to contribute his expertise on the topic of improving living conditions for people in Afghanistan.

Wahab splits his time between Lewis & Clark and Afghanistan, devoting six months of service each year to the Afghan Ministry of Higher Education. He is dedicated to helping normalize conditions in Afghanistan, and he believes “quality, equal and universal education is the key to establishing peace, security, democracy, harmony, and a healthy, stable economy in Afghanistan.”
