Spring 2017 Employee Fitness Class Schedule

Come join the fun, meet new people from across the campuses and start getting healthier today.

These special employee-only classes have a $30 user fee. You can try a class for the first week to make sure it is right for you, and then payment can be made at Student Accounts. 

Classes run from noon to 12:45p.m. Locations are set as noted in events listings, but signs will be put up in Pamplin if there is a change.

Classe Schedule:

Monday and Wednesday

Cardio tennis: Improve your tennis game in a group lesson format with fun conditioning skills and drills that will keep you moving! Meet in the tennis dome.

Tuesday and Thursday

Cross Training: Do it all with a variety of equipment…cardio, strength, core, and stretch…it’s a total body work-out. Meet in the Gym Foyer.

Friday

Core and Stretch: Spend some time on two of the most important things you can do for your body…abs, back, and center core strengthening, along with stretching for the flexibility of your connective tissue, joints, and muscles. Meet in the Pamplin Activity (Mat) Room 019.

Physical Education Curriculum

Employees can also take free physical education department classes.  Check for these on WebAdvisor and check with the instructor for availability.
