What an amazing Day of Giving! With the strong support of the Pioneer community, we surpassed our goal of 2,000 gifts in 24 hours.
Thanks to each and every one of you who donated, tweeted, launched gourds, handed out cookies, and so much more. LC faculty, staff, students, alumni, parents, and friends all pulled together and made a combined 2,022 gifts and unlocked the $115,000 match. We are also thrilled to announce that the Shannon O’Leary Fund is now endowed. This is a wonderful tribute to Shannon that will live on forever.
We’re still tallying results from all of the generous on-campus challenges - it takes a while to process so many gifts! Please check the Day of Giving page next week for results. Until then, a few fun Day of Giving figures:
