The Business Office will be offering office hours for P-Card holders who have questions or need help. 

Beginning on October 20, the Business Office will be holding office hours each Friday afternoon from 1:30 until 3:30.  We are looking forward to welcoming you to our office where you can ask us about Purchasing Card policies and procedures. 


Issues you may have for us might include:

How do I download receipts?

How do I allocate charges to the appropriate account numbers?

I need to make a purchase that is more than my credit limit.

I need access to additional account numbers in Works.

What are my responsibilities and deadlines?

What if I see fraudulent charges on my account?

What if I have lost a receipt?

Can I make changes to transactions after I have signed off?
