Spring Employee Fitness (Lunch-Hour) Class Schedule
These special employee-only classes run approximately 45 minutes and have a $30 user fee.

These special employee-only classes run approximately 45 minutes and have a one-time $30 user fee. You can try a class for the first week to make sure it is right for you, and then payment can be made at Student Accounts.
Times and locations are set as noted in events listings, but signs will be put up in Pamplin if there is a change. Classes include:
Monday
Cardio tennis, noon to 12:45 p.m.
Improve your tennis game in a group lesson format with fun conditioning skills and drills that will keep you moving! Meet in the tennis dome.
Tuesday
Cross Training, noon to 12:45 p.m.
Do it all with a variety of equipment…cardio, strength, core, and stretch…it’s a total body work-out. Meet in the Pamplin Center Activity (Mat) Room.
Wednesday
Cardio tennis, noon to 12:45 p.m.

Friday
Swingercise, noon to 12:45 p.m.
Come for this variety work-out as swing dance meets fitness! It is presented by taking steps and notions from the Charleston era to the Jitterbug era and working them till everyone sweats! It is mostly cardio-dance, and she will also infuse mini-history lessons and some technique in vernacular jazz. Swingercise is taught by Melissa Roane, of the Library staff. Meet in the Pamplin Activity (Mat) Room 019.
