September 20, 2018
Quitting tobacco is a hard thing to do. Having support can make the process a little easier.
Studies show that individuals who quit smoking early in life can decrease risk of developing smoking-related diseases by up to 90%.
Counselors from the Graduate’s Schools Community Counseling Center will be offering a tobacco cessation support group on the undergraduate campus this fall.
Meeting Time: 4 to 5 p.m. on Mondays
Start Date: To be determined; once the group starts, you can join at any time.
