We have added three new Post-Conviction Victims’ Rights resources to our Victim Law Library! Our newest publications are:
Considerations When Advising Victims about Methods for Exercising their Right to Be Heard at Sentencing
Survey of Select Federal and State Laws Governing Victim Impact Statements and a Victim’s Right to be Heard Post-Conviction Regarding the Imposition and Completion of Sentence; and
Survey of Select State and Federal Laws Providing for the Return of Victims’ Property.
