Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Spring 2019

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an 8-week program which involves extensive training in mindfulness meditation as the core of a program to teach people how to take better care of themselves and lead healthier lives.  Mindful movement is also a part of the class.  There is excellent evidence to support that mindfulness as taught in this program is positively associated with increased psychological well-being.
Spring 2019 Class Orientation Dates are (an orientation is a required step prior to taking the MBSR class, but is not an obligation to take it): Tuesday Jan 29th 3:30 – 5:30 pm or Sunday Feb 3rd – 5:00 - 7:00 pm. 
MBSR class Dates are Tuesdays 3:30 – 5:45 pm, Feb 5th – Apr 2nd (no class Mar 26th) and an all-day retreat on Sunday, March 17th from 9:30 am to 5 pm.
