Employee Benefits Open Enrollment Runs Feb. 14 - Mar. 2

 

The annual Open Enrollment for Lewis & Clark employees to make changes to their benefits

  • begins on Friday, February 14
  • ends at 4 p.m. on Monday, March 2

Any changes you make during open enrollment will take effect on April 1, 2020.

Open Enrollment is in Workday. You will receive an email and a task in your Workday inbox to get you started.

Your action items:

All benefit-eligible employees must sign into Workday if they wish to:

  • Change medical or dental plan enrollment.

  • Add or remove spouse/domestic partner and dependents.

  • Sign up for Flexible Spending Account(s).

  • Sign up for or Change UNUM elections.

If you do not make changes during Open Enrollment, your participation in your medical and dental insurance will remain the same except:

  • Allegiance Flexible Spending Account participants must make an election if you want to be enrolled for our 2019-20 plan year.

The Benefits Office will hold an open house on Monday, March 4 between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. in the South Chapel Annex on the Graduate Campus. Stop by for a treat and complete your enrollment.

The 2020 Benefits and Wellness Fair will held be on Tuesday, February 25, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. in Stamm (located in the Templeton Campus Center).

  • Connect with all of your benefit providers and learn how you can use online tools, find providers, and get the most out of your enrollment choices.

  • Cooking demonstrations by the exclusive Chef Steven Hazell.

  • Free handouts and raffles! Bring your Benefits and Wellness Fair postcard to enter the grand prize drawing.
