Employee Engagement Survey Ends March 1—We Need Your Help!

Dear Lewis & Clark Community: 

On February 18, we distributed the second annual employee engagement survey, created and administered by Gallup. Completion of the survey is voluntary, but we are truly interested in your opinion. 

The results are anonymous and will remain confidential. As of today, we have a 34% participation rate (i.e., 310 of 910 respondents have completed the survey). A huge thank you to those that have already participated!! 

The leadership of Lewis & Clark wishes to ensure that we create as satisfying and professionally engaging an environment as possible for all employees. To do so, we need to understand how faculty and staff currently feel about their jobs and about Lewis & Clark as an employer. This survey will only take about five minutes to respond, and it is only 12 questions.

The survey will close on March 1—please do not miss your opportunity to participate. Our survey participation goal is 75%.    

Please note: We have heard that some employees may not have received the survey. It is important to note that the survey will come from Gallup—not Lewis & Clark. The subject line is “You are invited to participate.” Gallup uses the following email address: support@mail.gallup.com.  If you have not received it, please conduct a search in your sent items for “Gallup” or using this email address.
