In our continuing efforts to expand and improve upon the level of support provided by the IT Service Desk, we are pleased to announce that chat support is now available.  If you are one who prefers to chat, rather than call or email for assistance, you are in luck. During normal business hours, Information Technology students and select staff will be available to assist you with your technological needs.

To access chat support, go to the Information Technology home page and click on Get Help.  From there, simply click on the IT Service Desk logo at the bottom of the page and voila, a new chat window will open.  Fill in the information requested and that is all there is to it.  You will be chatting in no time.  Please feel free to watch this brief video, which will step you through the chat process.
