The center includes courses and cocurricular programs designed to:
- Educate law students about foundational business law concepts
- Provide law students with opportunities to work side-by-side with entrepreneurs and businesses
- Provide transactional legal services to emerging businesses and nonprofit ventures
- Inspire and train law students to become business leaders
