Distance-Learning Option: Online LLM in Environmental, Natural Resources, and Energy Law
In January 2019, Lewis & Clark Law School introduced a new option for those who want to earn its internationally recognized post-JD environmental degree: an online, distance-learning pathway to the LLM in environmental, natural resources, and energy law.
The option is specifically designed for attorneys seeking to further their education on today’s global environmental legal issues without disruption to their personal or professional commitments.
The online LLM option challenges students in areas including climate change, energy law, environmental law, wildlife law, and public lands law. The courses integrate advanced distance-learning methods, such as self-paced and interactive video lectures and virtual office hours with faculty, with the ability for students to discuss and collaborate online.
