Powers reviewed the book, Transnational Environmental Regulation and Governance: Purpose, Strategies, and Principles by Veerle Heyvaert. Shelton reviewed Climate Justice and Historical Emissions, edited by Lukas H. Meyer and Pranay Sanklecha.
