The annual Open Enrollment for Lewis & Clark employees to make changes to their benefits
- begins on Friday, February 14
- ends at 4 p.m. on Monday, March 2
Any changes you make during open enrollment will take effect on April 1, 2020.
Open Enrollment is in Workday. You will receive an email and a task in your Workday inbox to get you started.
Please visit the 2020 Open Enrollment Guide and review it with your family.
Your action items:
All benefit-eligible employees must sign in to Workday if they wish to:
Change medical or dental plan enrollment.
Add or remove spouse/domestic partner and dependents.
Sign up for Flexible Spending Account(s).
If you do not make changes during Open Enrollment, your participation in your medical and dental insurance will remain the same except:
- Allegiance Flexible Spending Account participants must make an election if you want to be enrolled for our 2020-2021 plan year.
