Open Enrollment For Employee Benefits Runs February 14 - March 2 for Plan Year 2020

• begins on Friday, February 14
• ends at 4 p.m. on Monday, March 2

Any changes you make during open enrollment will take effect on April 1, 2020.

Open Enrollment is in Workday. You will receive an email and a task in your Workday inbox to get you started.

Please visit the  2020 Open Enrollment Guide and review it with your family.

Your action items:

All benefit-eligible employees must sign in to Workday if they wish to:

• Change medical or dental plan enrollment.

• Add or remove spouse/domestic partner and dependents.

• Sign up for Flexible Spending Account(s).

If you do not make changes during Open Enrollment, your participation in your medical and dental insurance will remain the same except:

• Allegiance Flexible Spending Account participants must make an election if you want to be enrolled for our 2020-2021 plan year.

The 2020 Benefits and Wellness Fair will be held on Tuesday, February 25, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. in Stamm (located in the Templeton Campus Center).
