Colleague, Webadvisor, Informer Offline For Maintenance: Mar. 24, 6 p.m. - Mar. 25, 6 p.m.

On Tuesday, March 24 at 6 p.m., Colleague and all systems associated with it will need to be turned off so that Colleague can be moved to a new server. This is a critical update to better protect our institutional data, improve compatibility with modern applications and systems, and ensure full vendor support. A date during spring break was chosen in the hopes of being less disruptive.

Systems such as Webadvisor and Informer rely on Colleague, so they will also be unavailable for this time. This means students will not be able to order transcripts, or place course sections on your “preferred sections” list, and advisors and instructors will not be able to give permission to register during this period.

Payments can be made through Nelnet/TMS, but will not post immediately. If you use a database that receives updates from Colleague, the system should still work but may not have the most up-to-date student information until Colleague is back online.

Although a notification was sent out to Colleague users about a month ago, we know that there has been a great deal of change these last few weeks and we want to make sure everyone is aware that Colleague and other systems will not be available March 24 at 6 p.m. through March 25 at 6 p.m. IT will send a notification to the campus community once everything is up and running again.
