Poembot is virtually back!!

Welcome to the fourth incarnation of Poembot! For the last three years, Poembot has appeared in the library atrium in April to celebrate National Poetry Month. A daily poem would print out at the touch of its red button.

Even with the closure of Watzek’s physical location, Poembot persists in a new virtual form. Every day, pressing the button on this page will cause a new poem to appear for your enjoyment and perhaps even solace. We are proud to feature seven poems from Lewis & Clark students, with the remaining number coming from the public domain.

We look forward to bringing Poembot’s charmingly laborious little printing sounds back to the Watzek atrium in April 2021.
