Counseling Service staff have combed the internet to identify some of the best apps and web resources to support students during the stressful times of COVID-19. We even developed some meditations and mindfulness recordings ourselves!

Our expanded webpage also includes important resources from the Case Management Office— where you can find guidance for finding telemental healthcare, medical care, financial resources, and other social support services.
