L&C Implements New, Unified Payroll Schedule
Lewis & Clark will be implementing a new, unified payroll schedule effective August 1, 2020.
The new schedule will merge all employees onto one pay period, with one pay date.
Pay Period Begins: First day of the month
Pay Period Ends: Last day of the month
Pay Day Date: Last business day of the month
Timecards will be open for editing the 1st of the month through the 20th of the month.
Timecards will be locked from the 21st of the month to the end of the month.
Timecards will be due at 11:59 p.m. on the 20th of each Month.
Hourly employees (including students) will project their anticipated time worked for the 21st through the end of the month.
Corrections to projected time will be reflected on the next month’s paycheck.
Hourly employees will have their schedule lag reduced. The lag reduction payout will take place in August and will be included on employees’ regular paychecks for the August 31, 2020 pay date.
