Alumna Is Top 10 Innovation Finalist (Voting Ends Nov. 25)

Sara Gallagher BA ’20, a studio art and philosophy major, has just been selected as a top-10 finalist in the XPRIZE Next-Gen Mask Challenge.
Anyone, anywhere can vote for their favorite design at xprize.org/masksurvey now through November 25.
“I’m very excited to be using the critical thinking and design tools that Lewis & Clark gave me as a graphic design lead on team Merlin!,” Gallagher said. View the Merlin promotional video here.
As described by the competition’s organizers, “the $1M Next-Gen Mask Challenge aims to reimagine protective face masks used to prevent the spread of COVID-19 by making them more comfortable, functional, accessible, and even stylish.”
