Fulbright Scholar Program Workshop
The Fulbright Scholar Program is now open for 2022-23, and applications will be due September 15, 2021. Have you thought about applying? If so, mark your calendar for an upcoming workshop hosted by the Sponsored Projects and Research Compliance Office at Lewis & Clark College.
On Tuesday, May 4, 2021, Sarah Causer, Outreach and Recruitment Specialist at the Institute of International Education, will offer a workshop on the Fulbright Scholar Program to faculty and staff. This virtual presentation will begin at 11:00 a.m. Topics will include:
- Opportunities for teaching, research, and flexible initiatives in more than 140 countries
- Tips on how to craft a competitive application, including how to make contacts abroad and choosing the right country and award for you
- How Fulbright can be Lewis & Clarkâs partner in internationalization
In addition, there may be an opportunity for interested faculty members to schedule short individual meetings with Ms. Causer following the workshop. Please contact the Sponsored Projects and Research Compliance (SPARC) Office if this is of interest.
