Employee Remote Work Survey Closes April 19

Add your input to help determine the degree to which employees might continue to utilize some level of remote work in a post-COVID environment.

Dear Lewis & Clark Staff,

First, thank you for all that you are doing to sustain each other, and the mission of the college, as we look forward to emerging from the worst of the pandemic. Your resilience, dedication, and creativity continue to be extraordinary.

One aspect of our recovery involves reviewing the tools and innovations that we developed out of necessity when responding to the pandemic, to determine which might continue to benefit our community in the future. Working remotely, at least some of the time, is one especially significant example of how many of us have had to adjust the way we do our jobs.

While there is much being written about the growth of such arrangements in the press, any significant changes we make need to be responsive to the character of our institution and the interests of all community members.

Take the Survey Here.

This survey seeks to determine the degree to which we might continue to utilize some level of remote work in a post-COVID environment.

This survey, which will remain open through April 19, is your opportunity to provide feedback on expanding the availability of remote working arrangements at Lewis & Clark. It is crucial that we hear your voice in planning for the future.

We appreciate you taking the time to complete the survey.

Thank you.
