L&C Welcomes Ryan Gardner as our Capital Projects Coordinator
Ryan joins the L&C Facilities Services team with over a decade of professional experience in facilities, operations, and plant management. Most recently, with the Santa Monica-Malibu Unified School District, Ryan managed facility upgrades and project improvements, with a focus on service-oriented leadership. Prior to that, he spent six years at UCLA in the Athletics Facilities department, working on optimizing facility operations for championship athletic venues. Each role proved to be tremendously rewarding, involving work that directly benefits students, teachers, coaches, and staff. Prior to working in the campus environment, Ryan learned the carpentry trade, having spent four years as an apprentice carpenter. Ryan holds an undergraduate degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara, in Communications, and a Master’s degree from Concordia University, Irvine in Coaching and Athletic Administration. He enjoys spending time with his fiancé Daron, who is a former student-athlete and alumni of L&C, and their little dog Wally.
