Campus Printing Update

Pacific Office Automation, the contractor responsible for providing maintenance services for the majority of the college’s printing fleet, is actively working to resolve a widespread issue that has impacted a significant portion of campus.

Service technicians from POA will be onsite Monday, November 1, through Wednesday, November 3 to resolve the remaining known issues.

If you are currently experiencing issues printing to network printers, please contact the IT Service Desk (503-768-7225, itservice@lclark.edu), so that the team can work with POA to ensure any remaining issues are addressed as quickly as possible.
