December Reduced Hours and Winter Break Closure
Student and Departmental Account Services will be closed for in-person transactions starting December 21, 2021. Please submit all cash deposits by Friday, December 17 in order to provide us enough time for processing.
Additionally, we will be closed for Winter Break with the rest of Lewis & Clark from Friday, December 24, 2021 through Sunday, January 2, 2022. The college will reopen on Monday, January 3, 2022.
The Business Office will process the final AP check run for December on December 17. Requests submitted to the Business Office by noon on Friday, December 10 will have checks released Friday, December 17. Checks indicated for pick-up will be available at the Student Accounts Office until 11a.m. on December 20, 2021. If you require a check before Winter Break, the check request must be submitted to Accounts Payable by noon on Friday, December 10.
Online and phone payments will continue to be available through our partnership with TMS during our closure with the exception of phone payments during the following days; December 24 – Closing at 4:00 PM (Central), December 25, December 31 – Closing at 4:00 PM (Central) and Saturday, January 1.
