Loan Status Monitoring
You can monitor the status of your loans in Financial Aid Self-Service > My Awards by clicking “View Loan” to expand the section and show more details. Upon submission of your request, the loan will be marked as “Student Accepted” (if you accepted the full amount) or “In Review” (if you accepted a partial amount). When loan origination is complete, its status will change to “Accepted.”
Loan Disbursement / Refund Timeline
Fall loan disbursements will occur no earlier than one week before the semester begins. Loan funds will be applied to your charges first and then any excess aid will be refunded to you on/after the first day of the semester. Setting your refund preference for direct deposit is recommended.
