IT Service Desk Ticketing Updates Coming Soon!

Your Information Technology employees have been working hard behind the scenes to introduce a modern ticketing system to the Lewis & Clark College Community.

Your Information Technology employees have been working hard behind the scenes to introduce a modern ticketing system to the Lewis & Clark College Community.

The selected platform to replace Track-It! is Freshservice by Freshworks. Freshservice by Freshworks will allow the IT Service Desk to provide even greater service.

You will notice some changes to the formatting of tickets but your experience will otherwise feel the same, only better!
