How can the Source be more effective than email?
March 24, 2010
- The Source is a one-stop shop for news and information: up-to-the-minute announcements; human-interest profiles; recent headlines from the college; and news from the community.
- You can search The Source for old news. (No digging in your trash bin!)
- Source news doesn’t clutter up your email inbox and thus run the risk of being left unopened, ignored, or forgotten. People intentionally read the Source much like they do the news—catching up on all of the latest headlines about things going on at the college.
- Each year, the Source prevents more than 250 email messages from being sent to faculty and staff. That’s an average of 20 emails per month!
