Lewis & Clark College Athletics is proud to announce the Hester Turner Endowment for the Enhancement of Women’s Athletics. Started in 2022 in conjunction with the 50th anniversary of Title IX—and named for a longtime L&C faculty and staff member— this ongoing fund is the first endowment named after a woman in Lewis & Clark Athletics history. The endowment will support women’s athletic programs and create additional opportunities to boost the student-athlete experience for students competing on women’s teams on campus.
