The end of fall semester brings some of students’ favorite language events on campus. On Friday, December 1st, one such event took place: Japan Night 2023! As per usual, the event took place at Fields Dining Hall (also known as the Bon). It featured student performances organized by the Japan Club, namely dancing and a Kendo demonstration by Language Assistant Chiho Yamahara. The dining hall served Japanese food and treats.
Thank you to the Japanese faculty and Japan Club for celebrating and sharing Japanese culture with the Lewis & Clark Community; as well as the Bon Appetite staff for preparing a special meal for this occasion. Congratulations to all the students and faculty who successfully organized this well loved event! See you at Japan Night 2024.
