Test Date:   Unscheduled, Available Friday September 13 - Monday September 16. The quiz must be completed and uploaded by 10:00am Monday September 16.

No student may use or access any form of generative artificial intelligence (AI) technology during a quiz, midterm, or final exam, unless expressly authorized by the professor teaching the class for which the exam is being taken.

Exam Security Access:  Non-Secure

Non-Secure The exam-taker has access to all computer files and to the internet.

Availability of Exam Questions: 

Paperless exam. To be taken remotely off campus ONLY.

Students must use Examplify to access quiz #1 questions.

Authorized Materials:

The quiz is open-book. You may to consult academic materials, including your own notes, the casebook, the ABA Model Rules of Professional Conduct, student aids and textbooks, and any other publications.

Although only hard-copy materials will be allowed in the final exam, materials you may have with you in taking the quizzes may be in hard-copy or electronic form. 

May students copy & paste material into the exam?:

May students use other electronic devices in addition to their laptop (Smart Phone or other devices with internet capabilities) during the exam?:
