Lewis & Clark Law School invites you to a lecture by our 2009 Distinguished Higgins Visitor, Professor Roberta Romano: The Uncertain Future of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. Professor Romano is the Oscar M. Ruebhausen Professor of Law and Director of the Yale Law School Center for the Study of Corporate Law. Her research focuses on state competition for corporate charters, the political economy of takeover regulation, shareholder litigation, institutional investor activism in corporate governance, and the regulation of financial instruments and securities markets.
