Mentoring Program Offers a Lifeline to New Teachers

Our New Teacher Conversations program is designed to support beginning teachers and to address the growing problem of teacher retention.

Each summer, school districts around the state send teams of experienced teachers and administrators to a two-day workshop at the Lewis & Clark Graduate School of Education and Counseling.
