Documenting Life
Have you ever wanted to be a documentarian for your family, community, or workplace but felt you lacked the tools?
A new certificate program in documentary studies, launched by the Northwest Writing Institute at Lewis & Clarkâs Graduate School of Education and Counseling, can help.
The program invites students, educators, counselors, and community members to document untold stories and explore new ways of understanding culture.
The 8-hour program offers coursework in writing, photography, digital stories, film, and audio recording to support cultural inquiry, ethnography, and creative expression.
