Maintains department supplies and inventories. Tracks status, orders, purchases, and maintains or distributes supplies as needed. Assist with a variety of life management tasks, including running errands, arranging travel, finance (paying bills, Collect and disburse funds from cash accounts, and keep records of collections and disbursements, buying and selling stocks), shopping (meal planning, remembering special occasions like birthdays and anniversaries and purchasing gifts).
The candidate must have strong problem solving skills, must be proactive, resourceful and be able to exercise sound judgment. Ideal candidate has exceptional excel skills.
