Kamla Hurst BA ’97 joined The Bloom Project as executive director in June 2019. The Bloom Project gifts fresh floral bouquets to patients in hospice and palliative care, sharing beauty and sparking joy during end-of-life care. Hurst lives in Northeast Portland with her husband, Mark, and their two young boys.
