Souvanny Miller

Souvanny Miller JD ’17 has joined Nash Graham & Dunn LLP in the firm’s Portland office. Miller is part of the education law team, representing educational institutions throughout the Pacific Northwest. Previously, she practiced at a small law firm in southern Oregon and served as a law clerk for the Oregon School Boards Association, assisting staff attorneys in advising school boards and superintendents. Miller has experience advising municipalities and other public entities in regulatory compliance, constitutional law, and public records and public meetings law. She has also represented clients in administrative proceedings, in Oregon circuit courts, and before the Oregon Court of Appeals.
