Intro to Kayaking Day Trip
Trips to be scheduled.
Join us for a paddling excursion on one of the Oregon’s gorgeous waterways. We’ll start with a lesson to teach you the basics of kayaking on flat water (not whitewater), including maneuvers for how to paddle efficiently, turn, and balance. We’ll then spend the day practicing these skills and exploring the calm waters at a lake, river, or bay. You’ll have fun paddling a kayak and get to see beautiful scenery such as lush forests, waterfalls, eagles, great-blue heron, and maybe even an otter! This trip is perfect if you have never kayaked before, of if you want to improve your skills and technique.
