Waterfalls, Forest, & Ocean Cabin Trip
Silver Falls State Park is home to 10 major waterfalls, including a 4 waterfalls that you can walk behind! Situated in the lower elevations of the Cascade Range, Silver Falls State Park is Oregon’s largest State Park with over 8,800 acres. The Park is home to the largest concentration of waterfalls in North America, including the impressive 176ft South Falls. You’ll have a chance to explore the park and waterfalls, and see some of the many diverse species of animals, birds, fungi, and plants, including some huge old-growth Douglas fir trees. One day we’ll take a trip to the spectacular Oregon Coast, where we’ll have a chance to hike one of the coastal trails that feature high bluffs and sandy beaches. At night we’ll stay in rustic cabins, or you can choose to sleep solo in a tent. Read the detailed trip description to learn more.
Dates: Saturday, May 8 - Wednesday, May 12, 2021
Cost: $50 - $350. Need-based financial aid is applied on a sliding scale for those who qualify.
