Laura Meyer Layton BA ’82, October 26, 2020, age 60. After attending Lewis & Clark, Layton earned a master’s degree in social work from the University of Utah and began a 29-year teaching career in the Granite (Utah) School District. Layton and her family loved spending time outdoors on bike tours, kayak trips, and hikes. Survivors include her husband; children Taylor and Kendra; and many other family members and friends.
