Class Year: Class of 2025

The past two years of my life I have spent at the United World College in Mostar. It was truly an amazing experience which I will cherish forever. My time there was filled with beautiful moments, however what I have realized in my final days there is that it is not the moments which made the experience but rather the people with whom I have shared those moments. What I enjoyed the most while at UWC is meeting new people and I am certain that the best thing that came out of my UWC experience are the friendships I made. This is also something which drew me to Lewis & Clark, an extremely diverse student body which will give me the opportunity to meet so many new people and hear amazing new stories.

For now, my academic interests encompass psychology, politics and international relations, thus I plan to double major in those two fields at Lewis & Clark. The reason behind my interest in these fields is primarily the ability to constantly work with people, help them in reaching their psychological well-being and be engaged in ongoing world issues, among other things. Nevertheless, with the liberal arts education offered at Lewis & Clark, I am sure that I will escape my comfort zone and explore other academic areas.

As for my non-academic interests, I enjoy spending time with friends, whether it is going out into some adventure or just grabbing a coffee and talking for hours. I am also someone who is very passionate about travelling so do not be surprised if I randomly try and organize a road trip. So far, I have visited 18 countries and my favorite experience was definitely road tripping around Italy. I am really excited to finally get a chance to go to the US and I hope that I will make the most out of that experience. Regarding my time at Lewis & Clark, I hope I will make new friendships, explore my academic interests, grow as a person and reach my full potential.
