Marcia Buckley BS ’85, JD ’91 took the bench as a Lincoln County, Oregon Circuit Court judge in February 2020. Prior to becoming a judge, Buckley practiced law in Lincoln County for 27 years. She lives in Newport, Oregon, with her husband Mike Wheeler and daughter Sharon.
