Mia McLaughlin BA ’14 has advanced her career over the past four years with Accor Hotels. While serving as talent and culture (HR) manager at the Fairmont Heritage Place, Franz Klammer Lodge, she was selected as Manager of the Year for 2021. She was recognized for her focus on mental health, employee well-being, and leadership, especially during a time of great uncertainty due to the global pandemic.
