Mary Coakley BA ’76 worked as an elementary school teacher in Washington, California, and Wyoming. She also spent 20 years as chaplain at Providence Medical Center in Portland before retiring in 2017. Coakley now volunteers at Portland’s Neighborhood House, a facility that provides senior citizens with activities and opportunities to socialize.
