Olivia Kimmel, MEd (she/her) is a doctoral student at Pacific University. She holds a Masters in Counseling with a concentration in Sport Psychology from Boston University. Olivia has experience providing individual counseling for adults at a community mental health clinic, as well as leading skills groups for children through college students. In addition, Olivia has experience as a mental performance consultant for teams, individual athletes, and coaches at the NCAA D1 and D3 levels. Olivia utilizes an integrative, interpersonal approach, primarily utilizing techniques from Acceptance and Commitment and Cognitive Behavioral Therapies. Olivia is particularly passionate about working with student athletes at the intersection of mental health and performance, as well as with issues concerning anxiety and trauma.
