Corey Van Landingham BA ’08
Corey Van Landingham BA ’08 teaches in the MFA program at the University of Illinois. She is the author of Antidote (Ohio State University Press, 2013) and Love Letter to Who Owns the Heavens (Tupelo Press, 2022). She is a Wallace Stegner Fellow and a recipient of the National Endowment of the Arts Fellowship. In March 2022, van Landingham visited Lewis & Clark to speak about the art of poetry and read excerpts of her work.
Corey Van Landingham BA ’08 has been awarded a $25,000 grant from the National Endowment of the Arts, which she plans to use to fund her second book of poetry and to continue her pursuit of a doctoral degree in literature. Van Landingham’s work can be found in such publications as The Best American Poetry 2014, Boston Review, and the New Yorker. Her first book, Antidote (Ohio State University Press, 2013), was the winner of the 2012 Ohio State University Press/The Journal Award in Poetry.
