Suzanna Kassouf teaches social studies at Grant High School in Portland Public Schools. She is a contributor to the Zinn Education Project and Rethinking Schools, with a cover article in the latest issue - We Cannot Create What We Cannot Imagine: Helping Students Picture Climate Justice, and is on the editorial board for the second edition of the Rethinking Schools publication A People’s Curriculum for the Earth. She is a co-founder of Sunrise Movement PDX - a youth-led climate justice movement.
