Just before sunset during the month of September, thousands of Vaux’s Swifts come to roose at Chapman Elementary School in NW Portland. You’ll get to sip on a hot drink as you watch their incredible arial acrobatics, as the small fast-flying birds swoop and dive in a spectacular dance.
