Tell us a little bit about your background and what brought you to Lewis & Clark College?
30 + years in Human Resources, specializing in benefits and leave administration. I had never worked in higher education and was intrigued by working for a nonprofit, since most of my work experience had been at the corporate level. The role was a perfect fit for me, and I have had the opportunity to expand my skills and work with a great team.

- Benefits (including medical, dental, life/LTD)
- Retirement benefits
- Leaves (including FMLA/OFLA and bereavement)
- ADA accommodations
- Questions about the LCCSSA or Teamster Collective Bargaining Agreements
- Training (including required training for new hires, supervisor development, and other training opportunities)
What kinds of hobbies and interests do you have outside of work?
I’m a voracious reader, I’m passionate about fiber arts of all kinds, and I love moving to keep my body healthy, whether that is gardening, dancing or working out.
